Dale Milne – General Manager

Dale has over 20 years of management experience in a variety of industries, including seven years in the oilfield sector. In addition to his management expertise, Dale’s professional career history includes seven years as an Engineering/Computer instructor at Lakeland College as well as an extensive background in computer software design and management. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Alberta. He has strong relationship building skills and is actively involved in a number of community organizations.

Jerry McDow – Project Superintendent

Jerry has worked for LML Industrial Contractors
Ltd. as a superintendent since 1992. He has been a member in good
standing of the Plumbers & Steamfitters Union for the past 35
years. In addition to his extensive field experience, Jerry has
strong office management, organizational, time management and
decision making skills. A highly skilled superintendent, Jerry
is always eager to take on new challenges and enjoys working with
clients to help them achieve their project objectives.

Marcia Wallace – Site Superintendent
|
|
|
Marcia is responsible for optimizing the
safety and productivity levels for LML's maintenance crews working
at the Husky Heavy Oil Upgrader in Lloydminster, SK. She has over
10 years of maintenance and construction experience, and has supervised
crews ranging upwards of 125 workers. Along with a comprehensive
background in safety training and consulting, she is also skilled
in personnel management, including new hire evaluations, mentoring
and conflict resolution. Marcia holds an honours diploma in Power
Engineering, has extensive training in project management and
incident investigation, and is also a qualified emergency medical responder.

Neil Poulsen – Scaffold Superintendent
|
|
|
Neil started with LML in 1991 as a Journeyman Carpenter/Scaffolder. Today, as LML’s Scaffolding Supervisor at the SaskPower Boundary Dam Power Station in Estevan, SK, Neil's duties include direction of LML’s entire scaffolding crew, scaffolding project estimating, planning, coordinating, and executing as well as project cost tracking and reporting. Neil is a dedicated Supervisor with safety as high priority. Neil is directly involved with ensuring that all scaffold safety inspections are completed and logged through all projects.

Graham Neufeld – Coke and Sulphur Handling
Foreman
|
|
|
Graham has been with LML since 1997. He started as a Coke Cutter and quickly moved into the foreman/supervisor position in 1998. Graham supervises all the Coke and Sulphur handling operations at the Husky Heavy Oil Upgrader in Lloydminster, SK. Graham handles all main railcar movement on site, working with CN and CP rail logistics departments as well as Husky operations. Safety is a major aspect of Graham’s job. He is certified in OH&S level 1 and level 2, Procor tank car inspection, safe railcar movement, locomotive and trackmobile operator, rail inspection, power mobile equipment, H2S alive, to name a few.
